Truefitt & Hill is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused grooming products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Securely pack the unused items in their original presentation box and shipping container to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
